Typical Roman cuisine, together with Mediterranean flavours and International dishes is our Rome hotel restaurant concept. “Scusate il Ritardo” is in a prestigious location, just off Piazza della Rotonda facing the Pantheon and offers a unique atmosphere combined with delicious cuisine.
The restaurant is open from 10.00 to 23.00 either for lunch, dinner or just for a creative cocktail and a tasty dessert.
